Disclosure

Mobile Mechanic Pro makes it easy to request mobile mechanic service, schedule appointments, and connect with independent automotive service providers.

Independent Service Providers

Mechanics performing services through the Mobile Mechanic Pro network operate as independent service providers and are not employees of Mobile Mechanic Pro. The assigned mechanic is responsible for evaluating the vehicle and performing the approved automotive service at the customer’s location.

Our Role

Mobile Mechanic Pro helps customers request on-site diagnostics, routine maintenance, and common auto repair services and coordinates those requests with independent automotive service providers.

Customers provide vehicle details, symptoms or known repair needs, and location information so the service request can be prepared, scheduled, and communicated to the assigned mechanic.

Service Provider Responsibilities

Independent service providers are responsible for the automotive work they perform, including evaluating the vehicle, using appropriate tools and procedures, communicating findings, and performing the approved service.

Each provider is responsible for determining whether a requested repair can be performed at the customer’s location and whether additional testing, parts, equipment, or a different repair approach is needed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, describing the reported problem as clearly as possible, ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled location, and obtaining permission for automotive work when the vehicle is located on property controlled by another person, business, apartment community, or property manager.

Customers should also disclose relevant recent repairs, warning lights, known damage, or other information that may affect the requested service.

Service Requests & Appointments

Submitting a service request or preferred appointment time does not by itself confirm an appointment. Appointment details are confirmed after scheduling information, service details, and mechanic availability are established.

Appointment timing may be affected by travel, prior jobs, weather, parts availability, vehicle access, and the actual condition of the vehicle.

Parts & Materials

When a customer supplies a part, the customer is responsible for ensuring the part is correct for the vehicle and intended repair.

Any warranty coverage related to parts may depend on who supplied the part and the applicable supplier or manufacturer warranty.

Payments & Card Authorizations

Some service requests may require a temporary card authorization before an appointment is confirmed. A card authorization is not the same as a completed charge.

Payment terms, authorization requirements, and final charges are communicated as part of the service process.

Warranty Information

Warranty coverage may vary depending on the service performed, who supplied the parts, and the circumstances of the service. Customers should review the current Warranty page for complete warranty terms, exclusions, diagnostic provisions, and refund information.

Additional Terms

This disclosure is intended to explain the general relationship between Mobile Mechanic Pro, customers, and independent service providers. Additional terms may apply to specific services, bookings, payments, parts, warranties, and communications.
